Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Language Requirements to access the Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management Bilingual Section (Spanish / English):

  • Spanish proficiency is required (in the case of non-native Spanish language students applying to the bilingual Bachelor Degree. Candidates are required to present the DELE -Diploma de Español as a Spanish Language, or certificate of minimum C1 level or pass a level exam at the School.  
     
  • Candidates will complete an English Placement Test during the admission test that assesses the level of English language according to the criteria of the University of Cambridge. The test consists of English grammar and vocabulary, in addition to writing. The minimum required level of English is B1 (according to the Common European Framework of Languages, Language Policy Division of the Council of Europe).

English Stream

Language Requirements to access the Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management 100% English stream:

  • Candidates will complete an English Placement Test during the admission test that assesses the level of English language required according to the criteria of the University of Cambridge. The test consists of English grammar and vocabulary, in addition to writing. The minimum level of English required is B2.2 (according to the Common European Framework of Languages, Language Policy Division of the Council of Europe which corresponds to a level of FCE (Grade B) or IELTS (6.0).
  • Non-Spanish native language learners do not need to certify their knowledge of Spanish in order to complete the Bachelor Degree in English.
