The Tourism Documentation Centre (CDT) is a space for consultation and specific research on tourism and hospitality at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Sant Ignasi. In addition, it contains information on other related topics such as restaurants, sustainable development, events organization, economy, business, geography and language learning.
Its objective is to gather and conserve information and documentation concerning these topics, to share them and make them available to students, professionals and researchers in order to support studies, research, creation, reflection, innovation processes and specialized critiques. The main services it has to offer are:
- Access to a large number of resources and bibliographical databases, with over 4,500 electronic publications, 4,000 electronic books, conference proceedings, audio-visual materials, databases, recommended bibliography, and final projects from bachelor and master’s degrees.
- Training and orientation on how to do research and to search for information.
- Loans, renewal and reservation of documents both from the CDT and from the libraries of other universities. Reservation of rooms for group work.
