The School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi – HTSI (Ramon Llull University) once again hosted a blood drive organized by the Banc de Sang i Teixits de Catalunya (Blood and Tissue Bank of Catalonia), part of the Health Department of the Government of Catalonia.
55 offers and 44 donations is the final result of a blood drive here students, faculty and staff took part. In addition, 16 individuals gave blood for the first time, a number that continues to rise with each edition.
The School has given its support to this blood drive since 2011, along with other solidarity initiatives. HTSI does its part to save lives by helping to supply hospital blood banks.
