The Professional Talent Forum is an annual meeting where HTSI students have the opportunity to interact with Human Resources managers from different companies in the tourism and hospitality industry, nationally and internationally, in order to learn about training and job insertion policies. It is the first contact with the industry so students may choose their internships. In this way, HTSI puts young talent in contact with recruiters in the tourism and the hospitality industry.
The annual meeting begins with the corporate presentations of participating companies, which outline the characteristics of each of the companies, their career development plans, and the internships they offer to the university students..
Subsequently, a meeting is held in the format of a fair where the university students can have quick interviews with the Human Resource managers of the participating companies, present their CVs and prospect the possible training periods.
This event allows companies access to Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management students, and students of the University Master Degree Programs as well as students of the Executive Master Programs: all with international profiles, management skills and an excellent level of English. In addition, company´s explain their profiles, and have the possibility to learn about training at the School and about HTSI university programs to prospect future collaborations.
